  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  1. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
  • We ship nationwide within New Zealand using trusted courier partners.
  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your location.
  • Rural or remote addresses may take longer.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered for orders over a specified amount (as advertised on our website).
  1. International Shipping
  • At present, we ship only within New Zealand.
  • International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
  1. Tracking & Delivery
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
